Achaea

Achaea, Dreams of Divine Lands

In the last month Achaea has hosted several events. The events included a King of the Hill combat tournament and plots from the Gods and factions. Hundreds of old quests are now integrated into the quest system. Rankings have new metrics, including quests, kills to death ratio, player killing deaths, battlers, resolutions, and others. Overhauls to quest experience gains make it much more comparable with hunting.

Achaea released the first stages of an economy expansion. The economy improvements will lead to upgrades in other systems. The systems include player housing, resource creation, and usage. and we're now deep into the Underworld, working on a full overhaul of this dark and dangerous land!

Aetolia

Aetolia, the Midnight Age

In Aetolia over the last month big changes have come from all angles! Classleads finished for the quarter. Changes included tweaking the Carnifex, adding variety to its combat routes. The Ophidian Empire has risen, casting out the Beastlords' from their home in the Great Rock . The Ophidians went on to found the kobold village of Rock Bottom. The Beastlords seem to be missing, for now.

PvE changes have come! Classes are now in alignment as we move toward sweeping changes to gold and experience. Watch for new bashing skills hiding on the horizon.

Imperian

Imperian, Sundered Heavens

Bashing areas in Imperian have received some love this month and will continue to. Existing areas now use the spawn wave system. Spawn waves create groups of hostile mobs for your characters to battle. Upon defeating all waves your character receives a golden doubloon.

This month lead to the long awaited classlead update. The update included changes to artifacts, shrines, relics, movement, and siege weapons. Movement in particular has updates affecting many aspects of the game. Teleportation skills and instant movement abilities now include some form of channel period.

Lusternia

Lusternia, Age of Ascension

In Lusternia, lots of updates are in the pipeline! Nihilists have had the skill of Demonmarks implemented. Warriors and mages are coming up next. A Great Hunt marked year 500 celebrations. Yendor Stormcrow of Glomdoring coming in first among demigods. Rasvin Calithel of Gaudiguch coming in first among mid levels. Arius of Serenwilde coming in first among low levels.

Also, a strange temporal disturbance caused the year 500 to repeat in a time loop. Mortals were able to capture and release enough stardust to realign the time stream. Scholars debate what the strange time stream occurrence meant.

Starmourn

Starmourn

Development continues at a furious pace in Starmourn. We're currently working on our inter-faction conflict system. The Celestine Ascendancy, Scatterhome, and the Song Dominion will vie for control of technologically advanced constructs from a long-extinct race.

Additionally, we're coding a new organisation type: Dynasties. This organization serves as a hub for in-game families and close-knit social circles. Dynasties offer increasing levels of perks that unlock as they gain more members. Features include everything from configuring a surname to political coverage of events in the dynasty.
